What we do…
We are able to host team building events, activities, conferences, AGM’s, hospitality days and themed parties. Whether you have a team of 10 or need to organise an event for 150, we will ensure it runs smoothly and remains in budget. In addition we can provide 4 star accommodation for up to 46 people set within our carefully restored barns, which have achieved a prestigious Gold Award from the Green Tourism Business Scheme.
We have a large conference room for seminars and meetings and we can provide business lunches and working breakfasts.
Woodland Valley’s location is perfect for clients requiring outdoor activities as the farm has over 170 acres in which to roam and we can provide experts in team building, problem solving and self-sufficiency training. We can facilitate and demonstrate training in good environmental practice for managers.
There are a multitude of activities available (see left) in the surrounding area, including rock climbing, surfing, sailing and scuba diving.
How to get here…
With Cornwall Newquay Airport nearby, travellers from London can reach Cornwall in under an hour and there are excellent air links to London Gatwick, Manchester and Birmingham, as well as worldwide connections. The A30 main trunk road through Cornwall is just four miles away. Mainline railway stations at St Austell and Truro are both eight miles away.

Team building / problem solving / character assessment
Bring your team to participate in a range of activities (see left) and scenarios. At the end of the day analytical reports on all the individuals involved will be submitted to the client.
Self Catering Accommodation – from £90.00
For two nights per person, minimum of 50% occupancy for each building (Cats House 6, Cows House 13, Stable 4, or 23 for the whole site). We can accommodate a total of 46 in bunk beds. We have exceeded this at times with the use of camp beds and / or camping.

If you are looking for courses to improve team building or even surviving in the wild – we can help.
These special courses are designed to be instructive and fun; all are hands-on.
There will be plenty of time built into the programme for relaxation and enjoyment of the peaceful countryside at Woodland Valley. Guided farm and woodland walks may be provided by arrangement and you can join in with the day-to-day activities on the farm if you wish. All meals are home cooked and wherever possible organic produce from the farm will be used.
